Get to Know the My Profile View

Open the My Profile View

After signing in to Priima, select My Profile from the navigation menu on the left. In this view, you can see your profile details and learning records.

Change Your Profile Picture

1. Click the pencil icon in the upper-left corner of your profile picture
2. Select an image from your device.
3. Zoom in or out if needed.
4. Click Crop to save the image as your profile picture.

To remove the profile picture: Click the pencil icon. Click Remove Picture.

Change Your Cover Image

1. Click the pencil icon in the upper-right corner of the cover image.
2. Select an image from your device.
3. Zoom in or out if needed.
4. Click Crop to save the image as your cover image.

To remove the cover image: Click the pencil icon. Click Remove Cover Image.

Edit Your Profile

1. Click Edit Profile.
2. Update the information you want to change.
3. Click Save

View Your Completions

Under My completions, you can view your completed courses and other learning achievements. The following information is displayed:

• course name
• assessment status
• completion date
• an option to download a certificate, if certificates are enabled for the course

View Your Competences

Competences is an optional feature and may not be available in all Priima environments.

If competences are enabled, you can view your earned competences under the Competences section. The following information is displayed:

• competency name
• date acquired
• validity period
• the course through which the competency was acquired

Note

• When editing your profile, you can configure your Privacy Settings.
• Your profile information is divided into private and public information. Private information is visible only to administrators, while public fields can also be viewed by other users.
• The environment administrator can determine which profile fields you are allowed to edit.
