Course Report Information and Search Functions
In the Course reports view, you can review course completion data based on the following statuses:
- All
- Completed
- Not started
- In progress
- Expired
- Failed
Use the Search function to filter completion data. You can search using either course- or user-based filters:
- You can use the following search criteria within the Course search: Owner, Status, Identifier, Tag, Course type, or Time frame.
- You can use group membership as a filter criterion within the User search. If your Priima environment uses user data fields, you can also filter results using those fields. If users have a manager specified in Priima, you can use this information as a filter as well. You can also choose to include deleted users in the user search.
View an Individual Course
In the Course reports view, click a course name to open more detailed reporting information for that course. The report shows:
- the current status of the course,
- the entire course history, and
- learners’ completion statuses.
When a learner completes a course, the report also shows the time used to complete the course. Time tracking begins when the learner starts the course by performing an action, such as opening the first course page. Time tracking ends when the learner receives a completion for the course. The duration is calculated with day-level precision.
You can also download the course completion status as a CSV file. The file includes a Groups column that shows all groups of which the learner is a member.
