Get Started with Priima as an Instructor or Administrator

This guide explains what you can see on the Priima home page and how to navigate between different views as an instructor or administrator.
Home page
After signing in, you are taken to the Home page. On the Home page, you can view content published in the environment, such as courses, instructions, and other materials. If role-specific home pages have been configured, the content of the Home page may change when you switch roles.
Navigate to different views
You can access other views from the Home page using the left-hand menu.
- Open the left-hand menu.
- Click the view you want to open.
Switch roles
- Click the Switch View selector in the upper-right corner.
- Click the role you want to switch to.
The selector is only visible if your account has more than one role in Priima. Switching roles affects the functions and views available in the left-hand menu.
Profile menu
Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner to access the following settings:
- Change the interface theme (light or dark).
- Settings (change your password).
- Language.
- Sign Out.
Note
The available views and features depend on your selected role and the environment configuration.
