Login page background image

• The recommended minimum size is 1920 × 1080 px (1080p).
• The image scales automatically to fit different screen sizes.

Login page logo

• The recommended minimum size is 800 × 200 px.
• Ensure that the logo is clearly visible against both light and dark backgrounds.
• Use the highest quality image possible to ensure the logo remains sharp on different screen sizes.

Registration form image

• The recommended image size is 1024 × 768 px.

Course thumbnail

• The recommended minimum size is 1280 × 720 px (720p).
• The cover image is displayed on the course card (My Learning or Courses view).
• Add an alt text to the image to improve accessibility.

Course banner image

• On a computer screen, the recommended image size for the header area (i.e. the course banner) is 1905 x 179 pixels; on mobile devices, it is 338 x 204 pixels.

Images in the course

• Content blocks can accommodate images of various sizes, and no specific width can be set for them.
• Use images where the key content is centred within the image.
• Check that the images display correctly when you resize the screen.

Event block image

• Prefer square-shaped images.
• The same image is also used as the event’s representative image in event listings.

Test images

• Recommended minimum height 50px and maximum height 70px; the width is scaled proportionally to the other dimensions.

Note

• Use images of the highest possible quality to ensure they appear sharp on different screen sizes.
• Position important elements in the centre of the image so that they are not cropped out on different devices.
• Test the images on both computers and mobile devices.
• Always add alt text to images whenever an image contains information that is essential to the user.
