General Information
You can create two types of groups in the environment: manual groups and dynamic groups. You can use groups to assign courses to specific sets of users.

Note
- By default, users are added to a group when they meet the defined conditions and removed from the group when they no longer meet those conditions.
- Always check that the rule logic produces the desired outcome.
- Date-type user profile fields can be used, for example, to create groups based on the length of employment.
- When a user is removed from a dynamic group, they are also removed from courses assigned to that group.
- If a user has been assigned as a Course Administrator, they are not removed from the course automatically.
