View environment’s statistics

General

• In the ‘General Statistics’ view, you can view data on user accounts, courses, files and the system. You will also find a list of all environment administrators at the bottom of the page.

Go to statistics

• Open Administration.
• Go to Statistics > Statistics.

View statistics

• General statistics
  • Logged in today
  • Usernames on courses
  • Active courses
  • Contact the Priima Helpdesk
• User accounts – statistics relating to user accounts
  • Accounts on courses
  • All accounts
  • Expiring in less than 30 days
  • Accounts that are no longer valid
  • All
• Courses – statistics relating to courses
  • Active
  • Closed
  • Archived
  • All
• Files – statistics relating to files
  • Number of files
  • Disk usage
• System – statistics relating to the system
  • Created
  • Closing
  • Days in use

Note

• If strong authentication is in use in your environment, you can view the total number of authentications.
• You can also view expired user accounts using the filters in the user list (Administration > Users > Search > Show only accounts that are not valid).
